Subscribe, skip, pause or cancel at any time
When you subscribe, your order renews on the schedule you chose (usually every 30 days) and bills the payment method on file at the subscription price shown when you subscribed. We email you before each renewal.
- Skip or pause a delivery from your account or by emailing us before the renewal date.
- Cancel at any time from your account or by email. The cancellation applies to orders not yet shipped. No cancellation fee, no minimum term.
- Price changes: if we ever change a subscription price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
- Returns of shipped subscription orders follow the Returns and shipping page.
- Subscriber extras (such as the digital routine guide for your lane) are included while the subscription is active.
