Our guarantee
Supplements: 60 days, full refund, keep the bottle. If a nuer0 supplement is not for you, email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We refund the full price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Keep the bottle; nothing to send back.
Physical goods: 30 days, we pay the return shipping. Return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We email you a prepaid label, and refund the full price within 5 business days of the return arriving. No restocking fee.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, at our cost, and you keep the damaged one. We never offer a discount on a next order as the fix for our mistake.
Subscriptions
Cancel at any time from your account or by email; the cancellation applies to orders not yet shipped. Shipped subscription orders follow the rules above.
What we do not offer
We do not promise results from any product and the guarantee is not about results. We describe what a product contains and what it does; the decision to use it is yours.
Shipping
Where we ship: the United States. We will add other countries when we can promise the same service there.
How orders ship: supplements are made and shipped by our manufacturing partner in the United States; other items ship from our stocking partners in the United States. Every order gets a tracking link by email when it ships.
Delivery times and cost: the shipping options, their prices and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before you pay. We show the carriers' estimate; we do not promise a date we cannot control.
Split shipments: a supplement and a physical item may arrive in two parcels, each with its own tracking link. You pay shipping once.
Problems in transit: if a tracking link stops moving for more than 7 days, or a parcel is marked delivered and has not arrived, email us and we will sort it out with the carrier or send a replacement.
