Products and information

We describe each product by what it contains and what it does, and we say what it does not do. Every product carries one plain line about the evidence behind it. Nothing on this store is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Talk to a healthcare professional before using a supplement if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep supplements out of the reach of children.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars; applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error or we cannot verify the payment. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments or the payment provider you choose at checkout.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews on the schedule you choose and bills the payment method on file at the price shown when you subscribed. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time; a cancellation applies to orders not yet shipped.

Guarantee and returns

Supplements: 60 days, full refund, keep the bottle. Physical goods: 30 days, unused, and we pay the return shipping. A damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded at our cost. The guarantee is about the purchase, never about results.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and for the accuracy of the shipping details you give us. You agree not to misuse the store, resell our products as new under another name or make false claims about our products.

Intellectual property

The nuer0basics name, mark, label designs and site content belong to nuer0basics. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown on the store at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States.
